Guarantee Policy
To guarantee your reservation, payment equivalent to one night’s stay is required.
No credit card is required at check-in.

We accept bank deposits to secure your stay in the following account:

Deposit Requirements:
The deposit required to guarantee a reservation is equivalent to one night’s stay.
Quotes are valid until the first deposit is made.
Guests must make the deposit within the indicated period and send the payment receipt to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not accepted once the first payment has been made.
It is possible to reschedule the stay by notifying the hotel at least 72 hours before arrival

No-Show Policy
In case of no-show, one night’s stay will be charged.

Extra Person Policy
Extra persons are considered from 12 years of age.
With breakfast: $720 MXN per person, per night.
Without breakfast: $510 MXN per person, per night.

Children Policy
Children 0–11 years old on European plan stay free.
If the room’s maximum occupancy is exceeded, a charge of $190 MXN per night applies.
Children 3–11 years old with breakfast are charged $390 MXN per night.

Pet Policy
Pets up to 15 kg are allowed.
Pets must stay in standard Pet-Friendly rooms, with a fee of $700 MXN per night.
A security deposit of $1,500 MXN is required for potential damages, refundable at check-out if no damages occur.

Pets must be on a leash in allowed areas and cannot be left alone in the room.
Assistance animals must present a medical certificate on official letterhead, including the professional license number, and a valid vaccination record.

Overbooking Policy
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.

Additionally, the guest will receive at least one phone call to their home or office.
